Thank you for your interest in becoming a community partner for our collaborative adoption conference on March 8th, 2014. If your registration is complete prior to October 15th your logo can be included in our brochure. If this deadline is not met your logo can still be included with conference materials during the event. All community partners are offered the opportunity to include their promotional materials on an information table designated for community partners on the day of the conference.
We also ask that Community Partners that send the conference brochure to parents, prospective parents and professionals on your mailing list with a cover letter suggesting they attend. If you would like brochures mailed to you please let us know
2 levels of participation as a Community Partner
- Level 1 ($250) - your logo will be included in the program materials and the day of the event you will have the opportunity to display your promotional materials on your OWN private table. As a Level 1 Community Partner you may send one attendee to the conference free of charge.
- Level 2 ($100) – your logo will be included on the program and the day of the event and you have the opportunity to display your promotional materials (no larger that 9” x 11”) on a community partner shared information table. This level does not include conference fee.
